Treatment backed by science

EVIDENCE BASED, PATIENT CENTRIC CARE

We provide hands-on chiropractic manipulation, myofascial treatment and corrective exercise. Our approach is backed by research as the most effective way to reduce pain, improve the way you move, and prevent future injuries.

FULL-BODY ASSESSMENT

Your first session begins with a Full-Body Assessment that examines your pain, posture, and how you move. The assessment helps us identify the root cause of any discomfort, diagnose the cause of dysfunction, and provide treatment to help reduce pain, correct posture, decrease tension, and improve the way you move. We then create a customized & evidence-based treatment plan to achieve your movement goals.

HANDS-ON MANUAL THERAPY

Your session includes hands-on myofascial treatment, along with joint mobilization and manipulation. We utilize an all-encompassing approach that restores joint mobility and reduces muscle tension, allowing you to move more freely.

CORRECTIVE FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES

Once we decrease the tension in your body, we work with you to increase control of this new range of motion using personalized, corrective exercises. We work to create more functional movement patterns to avoid future strain on your body.
